The Rampuri knife, or Rampuri Chaku, originated in the 18th century in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, India, crafted by royal bladesmiths for the Nawabs. It became a symbol of rebellion during India's fight for independence and is known for its unique folding design and intricate craftsmanship, reflecting India's rich cultural heritage.

 

This Navaja style folding and locking pocket knife features a Rampuri Style lever step-locking blade. See video for demonstration. The smaller version is 4 inches closed, 7 5/8 inches open Blade will step-lock in 4 different position, as needed.

 

The NEW 11 inch features a 5.5 blade, with a 5 inch custom design handle in 5 flavors. Also choice of handle band for engraving initials, let me know at checkout which option you want (see images)
